Gladys Blumenstine, LMHC
Gladys Blumenstine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a graduate of Trinity International University with a Masters of Arts Counseling Psychology.
Ms. Blumenstine specializes in counseling children, adolescents, teens and adults; as well as addressing family, relationship and parenting issues.
She has extensive experience with behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, mood disorders and substance abuse. When working with couples, her approach promotes the understanding of each partner's developmental history and past/present wounds. She actively facilitates conscious communication that involves empathy, compassion and intimacy.
Her focus is based on acceptance of others, self, and confidence in one's value. She offers a therapeutic relationship that fosters acceptance, insight, security, forgiveness and ultimately freedom to live a fulfilling life. This focus is also central when working with children.
Therapy and assessments are offered in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
